1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the technology and energy sectors.
  • Define target audiences and segments to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
2. Brand Management:
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, messaging, and positioning within the utility industry.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine brand messaging and value propositions.
3. Content Development and Marketing Collateral:
  • Lead the creation of compelling and relevant content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
  • Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools to support the sales team and drive lead generation efforts.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to generate thought leadership content and industry insights.
4. Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results and ROI.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
5. Event Management and Sponsorships:
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and attendee engagement strategies for events.
  • Evaluate event success and ROI, and make recommendations for future participation and investment.
6. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with specific focus in the utility industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will be working with a talented, passionate and hardworking team of engineers and product/project managers to build end-to-end Machine Learning products and pipelines that will be deployed for our customers in order to prevent issues such as power outages, forced shutdowns, impact of climate change on the aging grid infrastructure and preventing wildfires.
